The Weeke CNC Router features Routing and Drilling horizontally and vertically.  On board tool change allows multiple tool cycles.  The Weeke has 2 routers on-line with 25 vertical spindles, 8 horizontal spindles and automatic tool changing. The Straight Edge Bander can apply edges from .4mm tape to 19mm wood. The Panel Saw at Bloos Wood Products can handle material up to 12' long.  Cutting capacity is up to 5" of material at once with tolerances of +/-0.1mm. The Contour Edge Bander can process contoured parts with edgebanding ranging from .5mm tape to 3mm thick.  The high speed Contour Edge Bander can accommodate parts in size up to a maximum of 5'x12'.
